Our promise
We want you to love every Charm Drop piece. Please choose carefully — we only accept returns and refunds on faulty items, not for change of mind.
Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for items that arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to return an item
- Email charmdropuk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and post via a tracked service.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
Return shipping
For approved faulty or incorrect item returns, we'll cover the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — we can't be liable for items lost in transit.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please email charmdropuk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned faulty item. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to display the refund.
